Via our update program you can ensure that your diagnostic tool maintains its ability to work with the very latest vehicles.

Our updates are very good value for money. Most do not realise that the greatest cost of any diagnostic company is the software development undertaken to keep your tool as up to date as possible.

When you purchase your diagnostic tool, you will get the first year or two of updates free of charge. There is no obligation to update your tool afterward and it will not lock out if you decide not to update your diagnostic tool. However, as cars become more complex, you will find that you will require your tool to be in software subscription, if for instance, you need to access DoIP and CAN-FD network protocols or manufacturer secure gateways.

If you are in an activate software subscription, you will also received free access to our UK support team (worth £299) for all tools supplied via the UK distribution hub, which have a valid EU-UK support tag.
